The ground floor consists of a living room with open kitchen and the bathroom. You enter the house via your own private terrace where you will immediately find a spacious sitting area with sofa and armchairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, electric hob and dishwasher.

Via the stairs you reach the upper floor with two bedrooms, both with two box-spring beds of 90 cm wide.

The house is heated by a central heat pump, downstairs via underfloor heating and upstairs via special radiators with ventilation function. You can set the desired temperature yourself with the living room thermostat.

You have one private parking space at the house. You can store bicycles in the bicycle shed at the parking lot.

This house is part of the "Hof Molenerve", which offers two B&B rooms in addition to this house. Are you coming with more than 4 people? The two rooms are directly adjacent to the house (with sufficient privacy) and are therefore ideal to combine with the holiday home.
