Cancellation conditions

The following conditions apply to bookings made via a direct channel, i.e. via e-mail or online on our own website. External travel agencies such as Booking.com, Expedia, or AllYourz have their own conditions. For cancellations via such intermediaries, you should contact the agency in question and the conditions under which you made the booking will always be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate special requests for a reduction in cancellation costs.

Below you will find the conditions that apply in the event of cancellation. The amounts and percentages shown must be paid by you.

Prepayment: approximately 35% of the total amount to be transferred within 7/14 days and is requested no later than 14 days before the day of arrival and is non-refundable.

In case of cancellation up to 14 days before the date of arrival, no additional costs will be charged (except the prepayment).

In case of cancellation after that or if you do not show up (no-show), the entire reservation will be charged.

At the moment it is clear in what circumstances the world finds itself, therefore from May 1, 2020, making a reservation is entirely at your own risk.

We will, without exception, apply our conditions, also in the event of a possible new Corona wave.

This means that a free cancellation or postponement is not possible.

We strongly advise you to take out your own travel and/or cancellation and general travel insurance with your insurance agent. Save us, but especially yourself, a lot of annoyance by covering your own risk in advance. We apply our cancellation conditions strictly and can therefore always offer you the best price, which does not include any cancellation fees.

Failure to pay the deposit does not mean that your booking will be automatically cancelled. If you wish to cancel, you must always inform us in writing.

Payment methods

We accept payments via Maestro and V-Pay (debit, pin card), and of course you can also pay in cash. If you wish to pay a large amount in cash, we request that you make this known in advance, due to the limited availability of change. We do not accept €500 notes.
