The house is located on the ground floor on the street side of the building. The house consists of a very spacious kitchen with dining table, very spacious living room and a compact bedroom. Furthermore, in the entrance hall you will find a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower and sink.
This house is located in an unrenovated building, so it is structurally outdated and not as new as our other houses. In the future, these houses will be derelict and will therefore no longer be renovated. Please take this into account when choosing your house. You will see the poorer condition reflected in the budget price.
