As an employee at the reception of our hotels, you are responsible for checking in and out guests of our hotels and holiday homes, providing guest services and informing our guests by telephone.As an employee at the reception of our hotels, you are responsible for checking in and out guests of our hotels and holiday homes, providing guest services and informing our guests by telephone. You will be supported by friendly colleagues and you will mainly work in the morning and afternoon. In addition to the usual reception tasks, you are also prepared to help out at breakfast and help prepare for the next day. From our 2 reception locations, you are the point of contact for 42 hotel rooms (Hotel In den Brouwery) or 52 hotel rooms (Hotel Bosch & Zee and Hotel Duinlust) and a large number of holiday homes and B&B rooms throughout Domburg. You will also be involved in the beach cabin rental that takes place from both of our reception locations, a versatile job with a lot of personal contact!
We expect
Minimum MBO level of education
Basic knowledge of computer systems
Hospitable, enthusiastic and well-groomed appearance
Flexible in working hours and activities, activities are mainly in the morning and afternoon
Available during the weekend
Stress-resistant
Language skills, with basic German or the will to learn this quickly. Dutch and English a must.
Walcheren area is a plus
Employment conditions
Salary well above the minimum wage in the hospitality industry
Travel allowance adjusted to your situation
Employment relationship via Payroll company
Both options for pre-established employment contract and annual contract (for an indefinite period)
18 to 32 hours per week in consultation (6 to 11 working days in 14 daily schedule).
