The house is located on the ground floor of the building and consists of a cozy living room with kitchen, bedroom, extra beds in the living room area (studio), very spacious bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet.
This house is located in a non-renovated building, so it is structurally outdated and not as new as our other houses. In the future, these houses will be derelict and will therefore no longer be renovated. Please take this into account when choosing your house. You will see the poorer condition reflected in the budget price.
